Description
The Thatched Cottage is a house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of rendered clay lump and features a thatched roof set on a brick plinth. The layout follows a baffle entry plan and consists of one storey with a dormer attic. There are two doors, one on the right and one on the left, along with three 18th-century casement windows. The cottage has a gabled roof and a plain tiled gabled dormer situated above the right door. Additionally, there is a rebuilt central ridge stack and an external stack on the south gable.
