Description

Ford Green Farmhouse is a house from the mid-18th century. It is built of rendered brick and has a slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. The windows are sashed with glazing bars, featuring stone sills and rendered reveals. The door is framed by a stone surround with cyma moulding and a moulded cornice. There are gable chimneys, and a stair turret is located at the rear. Inside, there is a staircase with a closed string, a moulded ramped handrail, and turned balusters, although these are now covered by hardboard.
