Description

Old Lodge (South) to Claughton Hall is a lodge built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of sandstone rubble and features a hipped slate roof with a central brick chimney. The building has two storeys and two bays, with chamfered quoins. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds. On the left-hand (north) wall, there is an attached gate pier and a door that also has a plain stone surround.
