Description

Higher Lees Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed sandstone rubble and has a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has two bays, featuring a central doorway and end stacks. The windows are of three lights with square mullions. The door is framed by a plain stone surround and is sheltered by an open porch, which has sides made of sandstone slabs and is topped by a sandstone flag supported on brackets.
