Description

Nos 8 and 10 on York Street are buildings from the 18th century or early 19th century. They are three storeys tall and constructed of pebbledashed stone, featuring a moulded eaves cornice and rusticated quoins. The buildings have three windows with stone surrounds and no glazing bars. No 10 has two windows on the first floor and one window with two lights and a central mullion, also rendered in pebble dash. There are two modern shop fronts and a passage entry. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 18 (even).
