No. 18 York Street is a building dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It has three storeys and is rendered to resemble stone. There is one window on each of the upper storeys, featuring stone surrounds and no glazing bars. The ground floor has a small 19th-century shop window with a cornice, along with a doorway that has plain pilasters and a cornice, leading to an inset door.
