Description
This is a building of 18th or early 19th century date, located on the south-east side of York Street. It consists of Nos. 34 to 38 (even). The building is three storeys tall and has a stuccoed exterior. A moulded stone eaves cornice runs along the top, and rusticated quoins define the corners. There are three windows per storey, each with stone surrounds. One window retains glazing bars. Each property has a door with a rectangular fanlight, a cornice, and a stone architrave. The doors are of varying styles: two are of six fielded panels, and one in No. 38 is of three panels. No. 38 also has two ground floor windows and a modern and 19th-century shop window.
