Description

Hurst Green Cross is located on the west side of the village green in Aighton, Bailey & Chaigley. The age of the cross is uncertain, but it is possibly a 19th-century restoration. It is made of sandstone and features a square base with three steps. The cross itself has a roughly punched head in the shape of a trefoil.
