This is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of sandstone rubble with a slate roof. The house follows a double-pile plan, with a central entrance and an end chimney stack. It is two storeys high and has two bays. The windows have simple stone surrounds and square mullions; the left-hand bay has windows of two lights, while the right-hand bay's windows have three lights. The southwest gable has been extended with an additional outer wall, creating a double thickness. Group Value: The building contributes to the character of its group.
