Description

Canal Bridge Number 18 is a public road bridge over the Lancaster Canal, built in the 1790s by engineer John Rennie. It is constructed of squared sandstone and features an elliptical arch with triple keystones. The bridge has decorative bands, parapets, and pilastered ends.
