Description
Clock House is an early 19th-century house constructed of colour-washed brick with rusticated quoins and a slate roof. It features a double-depth, three-bay plan and stands two storeys tall with a symmetrical façade. The central entrance has a panelled door topped by a semi-circular fanlight with radiating glazing bars, framed by a stone doorcase supported by engaged Tuscan columns and an open pediment. On each floor, there are two 16-pane sash windows, and above the door, there is a 9-pane sash window, all with stone sills and splayed stone heads. A small modern brick chimney is located at the gables. The building was formerly known as Lea Lodge.
