Description

Higher Admergill Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys, with two three-light sash windows on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is one four-light window divided by a broad centre mullion and one three-light window. All the mullions and jambs are square. The doorway is off-centre and has a peaked stone hood. There is a single-storey lean-to on the left and a barn to the right, although these are not of special interest.
