Description
Abbotson Farmhouse is a house, probably built in the mid-18th century. It is constructed from sandstone rubble and topped with a slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three bays. The ground floor windows consist of three lights with flat-faced mullions. The outer windows on the first floor are made up of two lights, which are rebated and chamfered with a mullion, while the central first-floor window has plain reveals. Each window includes one light that is sashed, and all windows have glazing bars. The left-hand ground-floor window appears to be a modern copy. The door, located in the central bay, has a plain stone surround, and there are gable chimneys.
