Description

Malvern House is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of squared sandstone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and two bays. The windows are sashed with glazing bars and have plain stone surrounds. The door, located between the bays, also has a plain stone surround and a cyma-moulded hood. The right side of the facade is set back, and this section includes a door with plain reveals and a first-floor window with plain reveals. The house has gable chimneys.
