Description
End Cottage is a house dated 1687, as indicated by the inscription on the lintel. It features cobble walls with sandstone dressings and a modern tile roof. The building has a two-unit central entry plan with gable stacks and stands two storeys high. To the left of the door is a three-light rebated and chamfered mullioned window. To the right, there is a former two-light rebated and chamfered window with the mullion removed, followed by a one-light rebated and chamfered fire window. On the first floor, there are five rebated and chamfered mullioned windows: one one-light, one three-light, one two-light, one former two-light with the mullion removed, and another one-light. The rear wall facing the sea has chamfered mullioned windows, including three one-light and one two-light on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two modern reproduction mullioned windows with a one-light chamfered surround in between.
