Description

No. 12 Torrisholme Square is a house built in the mid-18th century, with later alterations. The exterior is pebbledashed and features a concrete tile roof. The house is two storeys high and consists of one bay. The windows are paired 20th-century casements, which are separated by a wide flat-faced mullion set in a painted stone surround with a moulded sill. To the right of the main entrance, there is a 20th-century glazed door that has a plain painted stone surround. Adjacent to the main house is a bay under a lower roof, which contains windows with plain reveals. This building is included for its group value.
