5/14 Boiler house c. 10 metres east of - kitchen wing of Bolton Green Farmhouse

Former farm building, purpose unknown, probably C18. Coursed sandstone rubble with some quoins, slate roof. Rectangular single cell, 2 storeys; large buttress to south east corner (probably modern),modern double doors under large stone lintel in east gable and a small ventilation opening in the gable above; south wall has in the centre 2 adjoining blocked openings, possibly doorways, and a blocked 3-light flush mullion window above.
