Description

This is an 18th-century barn located approximately 20 metres north of Bridge End Farmhouse. The barn is constructed of handmade brick and features a slate roof. It has four bays, with the south side displaying buttresses that flank a low segmental-headed wagon doorway in the second bay; this doorway has been blocked to create square doors. There are also altered windows, including some slit breathers that have been blocked. The east gable has an inserted garage door. Inside, the barn contains three kingpost roof trusses with two pairs of trenched purlins. The barn is listed for its group value.
