House. "TIK 1712" above door. Squared rubble with ashlar dressings and graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth central-staircase plan with 2 storeys (plus attic) and a C20 garage attached to right gable. Central door has segmental head, chamfered stone surround and dated keystone. 2 ground and 2 first floor 5-light double-chamfered stone mullion windows (the ground floor with continuous hoodmould) as well as one of 3-lights above the door have all had their mullions removed. Stone quoins, coped gables with kneelers and one ridge chimney stack. A central dormer window has a vertically set oeil -de-boeuf and a coped gable with kneelers and finials. Mullioned windows to both gables and to the rear which has a central door with keystone surround. Interior: ovolo-moulded bressumer beam to front left room which has decorative plaster enrichment to the ceiling beams.
