House. c.1875. Flemish bond brick with slate roof. Double- depth plan with 3 bays and 2 storeys. Symmetrical elevation with stone plinth and central 4-panel door in recessed segmental-arched porch. 2 paired sash ground floor windows with stone lintels and sills. 3 first floor sash windows with 4 panes and stone sills and lintels. Paired eaves gutter brackets. Gable chimney stacks. Included for group value and as an integral part of the Fairfield Moravian settlement. It was, in 1875,the principal of the Theological College's house.
