Description
24, 25, 26, and 27 Fairfield Square are a group of five houses, now functioning as four, built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of header-bond brick and topped with a slate roof. Each house has two storeys; Nos. 24 and 25 feature two bays with a central entrance, while Nos. 26 and 27 were originally three houses, each with one bay and a door to the left, although one door is now blocked. The houses have replacement six-panel doors and replacement 16-pane sash windows, which are set on stone sills and topped with cambered brick arches. The buildings also have ridge chimney stacks.
