Description
No. 105 Hyde Road is a house that has been converted into a dental surgery. It features a datestone above the door that reads "HSA 1755." The building is constructed of Flemish bond brick and has a graduated stone slate roof. It has a double-depth central-staircase plan and stands two storeys tall. The exterior includes a projecting brick plinth and corner pilasters, along with a bracketed eaves gutter. The central doorway is notable for its 4-panel door, which is topped by an interlaced fanlight, and is flanked by moulded imposts and a keystone. There are five windows, all of which are 20th-century casements with stone sills and timber lintels. The building also features ridge and gable chimney stacks, as well as a 20th-century porch at the rear.
