Farmbuilding with labourers accommodation. "IC 1692" on door lintel. Dressed stone with graduated stone slate and C20 tile roof. 8 bays with 2 storeys and rear outshut. Stone quoins and coped gable with kneelers. Blocked door opening to bay 1, window openings to bays 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8, the latter with 2 mullions removed. Segmental arched cart entry to bay 3. Dated lintel above door opening in bay 7. 2 pitching eyes to first floor as well as a 3-light double- chamfered stone mullion dormer window with coped gable and kneelers. Pointed arch loft opening to left gable above 2 later openings.
