Description
Nos. 1 and 3 on Streethouse Lane are two houses built in the mid to late 18th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and feature a graduated stone slate roof. The buildings have two bays and three storeys, with a small entrance wing on the right gable of No. 1.
No. 1 boasts a six-light recessed chamfered mullion window with a king mullion on the ground floor, and a five-light window on both the first and second floors, the latter having one additional light. There are two-light windows in the gable.
No. 3, which is slightly older than No. 1, has a square-cut door surround on the right and a six-light recessed chamfered mullion window with a king mullion on each floor. Both houses feature gable chimney stacks.
