Textile warehouse, now shop and offices. Mid to later C19, altered. Red brick in Flemish bond (painted red at ground floor), with sandstone dressings (roof not visible). Narrow rectangular plan extending back to Reyner Street. Basement and 5 storeys (top floor addded or altered), 3 windows, with sill-bands to all floors (those at the top 2 floors with bands of brick modillions beneath). The ground floor has the doorway to the left, with a panelled stone surround and altered doors, and altered windows to the right (now under a canopy of green Chinese pantiles); the upper floors have windows with gauged brick heads, those at 1st floor with altered glazing and those above with 4-pane sashes. Interior not inspected. Part of a significant group of buildings. Included for group value.
