Description
No. 22 St Ann's Square is a town house that has been converted into a shop. It was probably built in the early 19th century and has undergone some alterations. The exterior is finished in stucco over brick, and the roof is concealed. The building has a rectangular plan that runs at right angles to the street. It stands four storeys high and features three windows. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front, while the first and second floors have 12-pane sash windows, and the third floor has 9-pane sashes. All windows have raised sills and plain reveals, and there is a parapet at the top. The rear and interior of the building were not inspected. It is part of a group with No. 18 to the right and No. 16 further along.
