Description
The boundary wall, gates, and railings for Victoria Row, which includes numbers 2 to 16 St Paul's Place, were constructed around 1847. The wall is made of coursed and squared stone and features cast-iron elements. It runs along the street and has round arched copings. There are two cast-iron gates that have trefoiled and latticed panels. In front of the cottages, cast-iron railings sit on a shallow moulded plinth, with the design of the casting matching that of the gates.
