Description
Greenbank is a house built around 1800, constructed of smooth rendered brick and topped with a gabled grey slate roof. The building has two storeys and features three windows, with a blank extension of one bay that is slightly recessed on the left side. The entrance door consists of six fielded panels and is topped by a square fanlight with radial bars and four camber bars, set within a projecting porch that has a Tudor-arched opening and a classical cornice. There are two brick chimneys located on the ridge. The front of the house has 12-pane recessed sash windows, and there are two additional sash windows in the lower storey of the right gable wall. At the left end, there is a mid-20th century recessed garage that is designed to be in keeping with the overall style of the house. The interior has not been inspected.
