Description

The Offices of Williams, Tarr and Co Ltd is a 19th-century classical villa constructed of brick with a hipped slate roof and a square plan, standing two storeys tall. The building features a central entrance flanked by Ionic columns and pilasters, with a plain frieze and a cornice decorated with modillions. On the ground floor, there are two 12-paned sash windows, and above, three more sash windows, all set beneath flat brick arches. The central window on the upper floor is framed in a moulded case with a cornice. The building is topped with a cornice at the eaves.
