Description

Nos 125 and 127 on Main Street are early 17th century cottages featuring a combination of sandstone and brick nogged timber framing, topped with a machine tile roof. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of three bays, with an additional wing added to the east. Sandstone extends up to the first floor, where there is a moulded string course, and the upper section displays exposed timber in small framing. The cottages have boarded doors and altered casement windows. Inside, there are moulded beams.
