Description
Former Rock Farm House is a late 17th-century building that has been converted into social club offices, with some alterations made in the 19th century. The structure is built of sandstone and red brick, topped with a slate roof. It stands two stories tall and features six bays, including two gabled projections. The original section on the west side is made of sandstone and has mullion windows, while the east side is a "U" shaped red brick section that is built off older sandstone walls, which are about five courses high above ground level. There is an arched porch entrance in the west gabled projection, which has a modern door. The windows to the east of the porch are two-light casements with arch turning pieces and glazing bars. The gable barge boards are plain, and there are lead valleys on the roof. Inside, the building features bevelled beams.
