Description

This is a row of three cottages dating from the early 18th century, situated on Castle Road. The cottages are constructed of sandstone with a slate roof. Each cottage is two stories high and one bay wide, built with squared and coursed stone, featuring dressed stone around the window and door openings. They have three-light horizontal sliding sash windows with glazing bars. The roof is slate, laid with diminishing courses, and there is one chimney stack constructed of stone. The cottages are listed for their group value.
