Description

The Old School House is a two-storey building constructed in 1739, featuring stone-dressed brick. It has a garden front and a gable facing the highway. The central gabled wing includes a round arched entrance with a keystone, above which is a plaque dated MDCCXXXIX. There is a flat-headed window with two horizontal sliding sashes, while the other windows are segmental headed and have three horizontal sliding sashes. The roof is topped with a cupola supported by a framework. Additionally, a vertical sundial is affixed to the south-east corner of the building. The property is currently used as a private house.
