Farmhouse with probably C18 core, but much altered c.1820. Brick with grey slate gabled roofs. 2 storey 4 window T shaped house with 2 brick chimneys on main ridge, 2 on rear ridge, not symmetrically placed. Projecting slate-roofed porch with lead rolls to hips. 3-sided bays to each side; to left with pentice, to right with hipped slate roofs. Bays and 3-light bedroom windows have cast iron casements with Gothick heads. Window, left, on lower storey replaced with 4-light small-pane timber casement. 6-panel door (glazed in upper panels) with vertical reed at centre. 6-panel door in rear wing, right, with small Gothick-headed cast iron casement over. Interior: One C18, 5-panel door. 2 chamfered oak beams over front parlour, right. 10" boards in rear bedroom floor.
