Cottage. Early C19, with C20 alterations. Whitened lined stucco; slate roof with stone coping and painted stack to right gable. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, narrow 1-bay front. 4-panel door with short upper panels glazed. C20 cross windows in openings with stone sills and moulded aprons. INTERIOR: boarded doors, staircase with winders.
