Description

Roseaton (No 155) is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with vitrified headers and stands two storeys high. The entrance front features a rendered plinth and is symmetrically arranged in three bays. The central doorway on the ground floor has a wooden moulded surround and a 20th-century half-glazed door. On either side of the doorway are sash windows with four panes by four panes, which have stone sills and wedge lintels. The first floor has similar windows on the sides and a blind central niche, also with a stone sill and wedge lintel.
