Description

A pair of cottages, built around 1870 as part of the Peckforton Estate. They are constructed of red brick with a tiled roof. The cottages are two storeys high, each with one bay. Each cottage has a boarded door set within a Tudor-arched opening, which is decorated with cover fillets and imitation strap hinges. The windows are cast-iron casement windows with a hexagonal pane design, and are three-light in width. A central chimney stack rises from a band along the ridge, featuring kneeled pilasters and a heavily overhanging cap.
