Holly Tree House is a house dating from the early 19th century, with later additions. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a tile roof. The building has two storeys and three bays, with a rear wing that creates a "T" shaped plan. The entrance includes a four-panel door set within a pilastered doorcase, topped with a radial bar fanlight and an open pediment. The windows are recessed sashes with glazing bars, stone sills, and wedge lintels. There are gable-end stacks. Inside, the house has four-panel doors.
