Description

The building is a house dating to approximately 1800. It is one of a pair that were originally identical, although the adjacent property has undergone significant alteration. It is constructed of painted brickwork, with two storeys and three sash windows. A moulded wooden doorcase features a segmental fanlight with traceried detail and a later door; the doorcase is topped with an open pediment. The building has plain eaves and a tiled roof.
