Description
The Carriage House at Ashley Hall Farm dates from the early 18th century and is constructed of red brick in English garden wall bond, topped with a slate roof. The front facade features three bays with three pairs of carriage doors on the ground floor. The two doors on the right have segmental arches made of two bands of headers, while the left-hand door is a 20th-century replacement that lacks a relieving arch. There are stone moulded mullion windows with three lights, fitted with 20th-century window frames. On the left side, there are two ground floor moulded one-light windows, a hay loft door, and a first-floor window with a pulley above it. Additionally, there is one more moulded stone window surround on the rear ground floor.
