Description
South Lodge, built around 1830-1840, is a two-storey lodge cottage constructed of brick with a slate roof. It has a rectangular plan and features a half hexagon bay at one end. The long side has two windows with small paned casements, while the bay end has three sash windows, each with nine panes. A tented verandah supported by wooden posts enhances the entrance. The first-floor windows are adorned with keyed cement heads, and there is a central brick stack. Access to the building is at the rear.
