Description
Ivy Cottage is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of brown brick with a graded grey slate roof. It is two storeys high with a symmetrical facade of two windows. A boarded door is set within a heavy frame and is sheltered by a lean-to porch roof supported on brackets. The windows are 6-pane casements, originally 9-pane, and are set beneath cambered gauged brick arches. A window has been blocked above the porch. The building has bargeboards and flush gable chimneys. The interior has not been inspected.
