Description
28 and 30 Leazes Park Road are a pair of houses built in the late 18th century. They are constructed of painted brick and feature a first floor band, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high with an attic and have three irregular bays. The central entrance consists of paired 20th-century doors set in a pilastered doorcase, which is sheltered by an early 20th-century pent bracketed hood. On the ground floor to the right, there are paired late 19th-century sash windows, while the other windows are plain 20th-century pivoted lights. The houses also have a long range of flat-headed dormers. They are included in the listing for their group value.
