Description
No. 19 St Thomas' Crescent is a house built around 1862. It is constructed of English garden wall bond brick with an ashlar plinth and dressings, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building has two storeys and three bays. There are central steps leading up to a four-panelled door with an over-light, set in a raised stone surround that features a prominent cornice. The windows have wedge stone lintels and are fitted with late 19th-century glazing bars; the ground floor has projecting stone sills, and there is a sill band on the first floor. The eaves have a band and a gutter cornice, and there are brick chimneys. The property is also enclosed by cast iron spear-headed area railings and a gate.
