Description
Nos 10 and 12 on High Street in Yarm are early 18th-century buildings made of local brick. They feature a deep moulded eaves cornice with modillions and a pantiled roof with ridge chimneys. The buildings are three storeys high and have a total of five windows. The 18th-century sash windows have stuccoed lintels and brick apron cills, and they are framed with wooden architraves that include glazing bars. The central door consists of six fielded panels and is set within a Victorian quasi-classical surround topped with a cornice hood. To the right of the door, there is a small early 19th-century round light. The property is also enclosed by plain wrought iron area railings.
