Description

No 14 on High Street in Yarm is an early 18th-century building constructed of local brick, topped with a renewed pantiled roof and featuring a ridge chimney. The structure stands three storeys tall and has three windows. The 18th-century sash windows are adorned with segmental gauged brick arches and wooden architraves that include glazing bars. The entrance boasts a Victorian four-panel door with an oblong fanlight, framed by a wooden pilaster and an entablature doorcase. There is a small yard entrance on the right side of the building. The rear wing is original but has undergone some alterations.
