Description
Farm Cottage, which is the adjoining rear northwest wing of Waterfall Farmhouse, was originally a coach house and has been converted into a house. It dates from the mid to late 19th century and is constructed from chevron-dressed sandstone. The roof is hipped and covered with concrete tiles from the late 20th century, and there is a brick chimney stack on the left-hand side. The building has two storeys, featuring one sash window with glazing bars on each floor, along with a similar staircase window on the right-hand side. This cottage is included in the listing for its group value with Waterfall Farmhouse.
