Description
The farm buildings adjoining Morley Hill Farmhouse to the northeast were built in the early 19th century and are contemporary with the farmhouse. They are constructed from squared stone with tooled and margined dressings, topped with slate roofs. The buildings form three sides of a rectangular cobbled yard.
The single-storey west range, which is attached to the farmhouse, features two boarded doors with alternating jambs and three part-slatted windows, along with pigeon holes above the central window. The north range is two storeys high and consists of five bays, serving as byres and a cartshed with a hayloft above. This range includes two stable doors and three segmental-arched cart entrances, one of which is blocked, and has first-floor windows with slightly projecting sills. The single-storey east range has two stable doors with three slit vents in between, and to the right, there is a later addition.
