Description
This is an L-shaped range of farm buildings, built in the early 19th century, located approximately 50 metres to the south-west of Mowbray Hill Farmhouse. The buildings are constructed from coursed squared stone and feature graduated stone slate and corrugated asbestos roofs. The structure is single-storey with a two-storey square block at the centre of each wing. Each wing has three bays facing an inner courtyard, and the openings are topped with segmental stone arches, containing casement and stable doors. The central block on the east side has round openings on the first floor, while the central block on the south side features a round opening and a granary door to the north. The central blocks are topped with pyramidal stone slate roofs, while the other roofs are hipped.
