No 20 and the mill at the rear is an 18th century building with an 'L' plan, primarily constructed before 1851. It features a four-storey block with six windows on the north side, four on the south, and two on the east. The structure is built from rubble with quoins and dressings. It has glazing bar sash windows, with Yorkshire sashes on the south and east sides for the first three floors. On the ground floor, there is a large round-headed arch on the south side and a smaller arch on the east side, with another arch above it on each floor. Additionally, there is a two-storey extension with one window and a two-storey gable end fronting the street (No 20), along with a lean-to extension to the west.
